ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to serve students in one elementary and one middle school near Leonardtown, MD. The contract runs through May 28, 2027, offering a collaborative environment with supportive colleagues and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification preferred; strong consideration for CF with supervision provided.
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and IEP development for students with communication disorders.
• Background working in elementary and/or middle school settings is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative approach with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across 1 elementary and 1 middle school.
• Assess and support students' communication needs, collaborating with educational teams.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and state standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans.
• Offer guidance and consultative services to teachers and caregivers to maximize student growth.

• Background working within elementary and/or middle school settings is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to working with students, staff, and families
