Bilingual Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role in Minnesota to support students’ communication and academic growth.

The position is open to Clinical Fellows and experienced SLPs, with 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, aligned to the school calendar. You’ll deliver direct therapy, participate in IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current Minnesota SLP license required (PDF with application).
• CCC from ASHA preferred; open to CFs.
• Strong knowledge of school-based SLP practices and caseload management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in educational settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to students with speech and language needs.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop IEPs.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes.
• Track progress and document services in accordance with district policies.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional development.

Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to an impactful contract position supporting students’ communication and academic growth. We are seeking a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a dynamic school environment for the upcoming academic year. This opportunity is open to both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs.

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from late August through early June, aligning with the academic calendar. This role involves collaborating with students, teachers, and families to provide high-quality speech and language services.
