Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an ECSE 3-5 caseload near Blaine, MN. This full-time contract runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027 in a supportive, school-based setting.

You will assess and treat speech and language disorders, develop IEPs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain thorough documentation. The schedule is Monday through Friday with consistent teamwork and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota SLP license required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (SLP-CCC) preferred.
• Experience supporting children aged 3-5 in school-based or ECSE settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families.
• Resume required for submission.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in early childhood students.

• Provide direct therapy and consultation services according to student needs.
