Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis to support student communication growth in a thriving school setting. You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students individually and in small groups.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records with regular progress updates.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with individual IEP goals.
  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services, individually and in small groups.
