Job summary

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide 1:1 in-home services in Ocoee, FL. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to earn per visit with potential Medicare differentials.

Responsibilities include conducting speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations, creating treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers. Mileage reimbursement and a referral bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• OASIS/Medicare documentation experience preferred.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve functional outcomes.

• Document visits using AI-assisted technology.
