Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for students ages 3-22 in Virginia. The role requires flexibility to work in non-traditional settings (playground, lunch table) and adapt delivery to each child's needs.

Schedule is full-time for the upcoming school year, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with push-in classroom support, evaluations, and IEP development, plus collaboration with an account team providing dedicated support.

Qualifications

  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Virginia
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include: Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
  • Providing push-in support in classrooms
  • Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy
  • Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation
  • Developing and implementing IEPs
  • Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for special education students ages 3-22. Must be comfortable providing services in non-traditional settings (playground, lunch table, etc.) and adjusting delivery model to student needs.
