Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for public middle school students during the current school year.

The role offers flexible scheduling (2-5 days per week) and school hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with billing and documentation responsibilities included. Qualified candidates hold Virginia licensure as an SLP and must obtain required clearances and professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia.
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
• Provide push-in support in classrooms.
• Perform evaluations and create appropriate goals for students requiring speech/language therapy.
• Provide continued support for students’ IEPs and maintain related records and reports.
