Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for charter school students in Maryland for the upcoming school year.

Roles include scheduling full-time or part-time hours (15-37.5 per week) with flexible scheduling and strong support from our account team. The ideal candidate will hold Maryland licensure, obtain current clearances, and carry professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Maryland licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Address personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that affect educational goals.
• Manage caseloads for speech-only students.
• Assist in evaluations and set appropriate goals for students needing speech therapy.
• Support students’ IEPs and 504 Plans with documentation and reporting.
• Develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans.
