Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) for a full-time school-based W2 contract serving elementary students in Frederick, MD. The position is onsite with a 35-hour work week, start as soon as cleared by HR, and ends with the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP collaboration, direct therapy, Medicaid billing, and supporting AAC when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLPs encouraged to apply; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland License inSpeech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
