Princeton Staffing Solutions seeks an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP/CF-SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract serving elementary and middle school students in Leonardtown, MD. The position runs through 6/18/2027 with a 35-hour workweek and in-person duties.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, be licensed in Maryland, and have CCC-SLP preferred with CF-SLPs encouraged to apply. Travel stipends may be available for qualified travelers.

Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring an experience onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) for a full-time 35-hour-per-week School-Based W2 contract serving students in Elementary and Middle School. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland license inSpeech-Language Pathology issued by the board of examiners or state department of education
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
