Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation, in a SNF setting.

You will collaborate with the treatment team and families, utilizing standardized assessments and swallowing evaluations to monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed.

• Experience with administering standardized speech-language assessments.
• Experience conducting swallowing evaluations and monitoring progress.
• Ability to develop and adjust individualized plans of care for patients.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
