Enhance Rehabilitation of Inverness, IL is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an initial evaluation in a SNF setting.

You will demonstrate knowledge to provide patient care, collaborate with families and the treatment team, and conduct standardized assessments, swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
