Enhance Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with other clinicians, families, and care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Experience with standardized assessments and progress monitoring is preferred; strong communication skills are essential for coordinating care with patients and families.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effective with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
