Enhance Rehabilitation seeks a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

Responsibilities include administering standardized speech/language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and monitoring patients' progress, while communicating clearly with patients, families, and other treatment

Qualifications

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations and monitor progress.
• Develop treatment plans and communicate with patients and care teams.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
