Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Autumn Lake at Windsor rehabilitation team in Windsor, CT. This full-time role focuses on helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive, and swallowing skills while supporting meaningful progress and quality of life.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• New graduates welcome to apply; SNF/post-acute rehab experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals.
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies that support continued improvement.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Windsor. What You'll Do
