Ultimate Therapy Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role supports residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates who are looking to begin their careers in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team while treating residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
