Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake in Cherry Hill, NJ. CFY candidates are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure required
• CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates who are looking to begin their careers in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team while treating residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
