Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time

Location: Autumn Lake at Ocean View, Ocean View, New Jersey.

Salary: $43.00 – $46.00 per hour.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We welcome both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates who are looking to begin their careers with the support of an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapy services addressing communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document services accurately.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support positive resident outcomes.
