Centra Healthcare in Middletown, NY is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract assignment in a school setting. You will join an experienced team to deliver therapy services and support student learning.

The role requires current licensure or active licensure process, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and a focus on achievable communication and swallowing goals to help students reach educational and social milestones.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in the process of licensure.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills so that the patient can fulfill their educational, vocational and social roles.
• Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.

A great School is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

• This is a contract position.
• Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills so that the patient can fulfill their educational, vocational and social roles
• Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.
