Job summary

THRIVE THERAPY OF KANSAS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy across home, community, and center settings. You will deliver speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication interventions for Brain Injury Waiver clients.

Must hold an active Kansas SLP license, have a reliable vehicle, and possess strong organizational skills. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth with full-time, part-time, and PRN roles.

• Reliable vehicle for travel between service locations.
• Valid driver’s license.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing speech therapy services to individuals on the Brain Injury Waiver.
• Working across various settings—including clients' homes, community spaces (such as coffee shops, parks, stores), and our therapy centers.
• Delivering speech and language therapy, swallowing therapy, and cognitive-communication interventions.
• Demonstrating a solid understanding of the indications and contraindications for various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Collaborating closely with an incredible team of administrative staff and care providers.
• Maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Following daily scheduling protocols, communicating effectively with team members, and adjusting schedules as needed for flexibility.
