THRIVE THERAPY OF KANSAS is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to serve clients across homes, community spaces, and therapy centers. You will deliver speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication therapy, helping individuals rediscover their voice and confidence.

Requirements include an active Kansas SLP license, reliable vehicle for travel, and strong confidentiality and time-management skills.

• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to individuals on the Brain Injury Waiver.
• Work across settings—homes, community spaces, and centers.
• Deliver speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication interventions.
• Understand indications/contraindications for modalities and techniques.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and care providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Follow scheduling protocols and adapt as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing speech therapy services to individuals on the Brain Injury Waiver.
• Working across various settings—including clients\' homes, community spaces (such as coffee shops, parks, stores), and our therapy centers.
• Delivering speech and language therapy, swallowing therapy, and cognitive-communication interventions.
• Demonstrating a solid understanding of the indications and contraindications for various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Collaborating closely with an incredible team of administrative staff and care providers.
• Maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Following daily scheduling protocols, communicating effectively with team members, and adjusting schedules as needed for flexibility.
