THRIVE THERAPY OF KANSAS is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy to brain injury clients in homes, community settings, and our therapy centers. You will deliver varied therapies and work closely with a dedicated team to empower clients to rediscover voice and confidence.

Ideal candidates have an active Kansas SLP license, reliable transportation, and strong organizational skills. Growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay are offered.

• Active Kansas SLP license required.
• Reliable vehicle for travel between service locations.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech therapy to individuals on the Brain Injury Waiver.
• Work across homes, community spaces, and therapy centers.
• Deliver speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication therapies.
• Demonstrate understanding of indications/contraindications for modalities.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and other care providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Follow scheduling protocols and communicate with the team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing speech therapy services to individuals on the Brain Injury Waiver.
• Working across various settings—including clients' homes, community spaces (such as coffee shops, parks, stores), and our therapy centers.
• Delivering speech and language therapy, swallowing therapy, and cognitive-communication interventions.
• Demonstrating a solid understanding of the indications and contraindications for various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Collaborating closely with an incredible team of administrative staff and care providers.
• Maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Following daily scheduling protocols, communicating effectively with team members, and adjusting schedules as needed for flexibility.
