Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our clinical team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care developed after initial evaluation, delivering patient-centered therapy.

You will conduct standardized speech/language assessments, swallowing evaluations, develop and monitor treatment plans, and communicate progress clearly with patients, families, and the treatment team.

Qualifications

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
