Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Wisconsin. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following individualized plans of care developed after each evaluation, ensuring evidence-based practice.

You will deliver patient-centered care in SNF settings, collaborate with families and the care team, and use standardized assessments to guide treatment and measure progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
