Job summary

PACS Group's Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with competitive compensation and benefits.

As an SLP, you will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians, nursing and rehab staff, and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFs may be considered).
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families.
