Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in Sugar Land, TX seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide clinic-based speech-language services to ABA patients. On-site role with flexible scheduling options including part-time opportunities.

Competitive compensation by session or salaried, plus uncapped biweekly bonus potential. Role involves 30-minute one-on-one sessions, collaboration with BCBA(s), OTs, and Directors, and regular family consultations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certificate preferred.
• Unencumbered Texas state license to practice.
• Preferably 3+ years working with children with ASD.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adolescent patients with ASD.
• Provide 1:1 speech-language services in 30 minute sessions.
• Co-treat with BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents and caregivers regularly.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders

CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred

Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) willwork in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is on-site at our Sugar Land clinic!

Compensation:Competitive by session or salaried compensation + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism SpectrumDisorder (ASD)
• Providing1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with ourBCBAs, OTs, and ClinicalDirectors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patientprogress

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHApreferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texasstate board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
