Job summary

The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide clinic-based speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients at our Sugar Land, TX clinic. On-site role with competitive compensation either by session or salaried, plus uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors to support pediatric and adolescent clients with ASD. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech Pathology, TX licensure, and ASHA CCC (preferred).

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in SLP or Communication Disorders.
• Texas state license to practice is required/unencumbered.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations.
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with ASD.
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions.
• Co-treat with our BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress.

Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is on-site at our Sugar Land clinic!

Compensation: Competitive by session or salaried compensation + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
