Job summary

Therapy & Beyond Fort Worth seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide clinic-based language services to ABA Therapy patients. The role is on-site at the Fort Worth clinic, with compensation by session or salaried plus uncapped biweekly bonuses.

Responsibilities include assessments, development of individualized plans for pediatric and adolescent ASD, and 1:1 therapy in 30-minute sessions, with collaboration across the care team and regular caregiver communications.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board.
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.

Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is on-site at our Fort Worth clinic!

Compensation: By session or salaried + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress
