Therapy & Beyond is one of the largest BCBA-owned ABA organizations, offering a collaborative care model with ABA, Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy. Our mission centers on putting people first and growing potential through teamwork and engaging therapy.

The Speech and Language Pathologist will provide clinic-based services to ABA patients at our Sugar Land site, delivering 30-minute 1:1 sessions and collaborating with BCBAs, OTs, and Directors for comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Unencumbered license to practice in Texas.
• 3+ years' experience with children diagnosed with autism preferred.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and evaluations.
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions.
• Co-treat with our BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents about treatment progress.

Job Description

Within this role, ourSpeech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is on-site at ourSugar Land clinic!

Compensation: Competitive by session compensation + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism SpectrumDisorder (ASD)
• Providing1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with ourBCBAs, OTs, and ClinicalDirectors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patientprogress
