Job description

Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams.

Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter’s name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”. We couldn’t think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence.

We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you!

  • Testing & Assessment: Administer speech and language evaluations using standardized tools and instruments to identify the type and degree of impairments.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for disorders such as stuttering, delayed language, swallowing difficulties, or voice problems, in collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and social workers.
  • Therapy Delivery: Plan, organize, and conduct speech, language, and feeding therapy sessions, coordinating with other therapeutic activities to maximize outcomes.
  • Family Education: Educate and train families and caregivers to best support the patient’s progress at home and in daily life.
  • Documentation: Write reports and maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in alignment with best practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care.
What We Look For
  • Communicator: Effectively manages communication with patients, families, caregivers, and team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Advocate: Supports children and families by meeting them where they are and connecting them with resources to help them thrive.
  • Collaborative: Fosters teamwork, mentorship, and mutual support to maximize patient outcomes and professional growth.
  • Tech‑Forward: Embraces technology to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and enhance care delivery.
  • Growth‑Oriented: Invests in personal development and fosters growth and learning in patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Family‑First: Respects family values and decisions while providing evidence‑based, compassionate, and empowering care.
What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of two years of pediatric practice experience
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to connect with children, families and care teams
  • Excellent organization, time management, and clinical judgement with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Dependable, flexible and committed to professional growth and community engagement
