Position

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Health Clinician to join our inaugural team in Edina, Minnesota. This role is embedded within our integrative primary care model, partnering closely with pediatricians and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered behavioral health care.

What You'll Do

• As a Behavioral Health clinician at Zarminali, you will focus on:
• Clinical Assessment & Care: Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family
• Patient Population: Provide care primarily to patients ages 12 and under, with flexibility to support adolescent patients
• Growth & Emotional Wellbeing: Support emotional development and resilience through early identification and evidence-based interventions
• Family Engagement & Education: Engage and educate families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with an integrated primary care team and multispeciality partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care

What You'll Need

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program
• Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPCC, LICSW or LMFT in Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services to pediatric patients ages 0-12 in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health
• Proven ability to assess and treat a range of pediatric conditions affecting children ages 0-12, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns
• BLS Certification required

ZarminaliPediatrics is a national organization, and compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. The base salary range for this position is $60,500-$80,000, however the estimated total compensation range is around $73,000-$110,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives.
