Zarminali Pediatrics, a national pediatric care organization, is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to join our team in Sartell, Minnesota. Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current and unrestricted Minnesota medical license.

• BLS/ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

ZarminaliPediatrics is seeking a compassionate and dedicatedPediatricianto join our team in Sartell, Minnesota. You will play a vital role in promoting the overall health of thepediatricpopulation and fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and our community that will help shape healthy futures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Patient Care:Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
• Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.
• Patient & Family Education: Supporting families throughout the full spectrum ofthe pediatriclifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy throughadolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

ZarminaliPediatrics is a national organization, and compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. The estimated base compensation range for this position is $187k-$231k annually. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives. For full-time team members, our total rewards package includes competitive pay and performance bonus potential, along with medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, among other benefits.
