Job description

Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams.

Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter's name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”. We couldn’t think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence.

We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you!

Position Overview

This role is embedded within our integrative care model, partnering closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered behavioral health care through telehealth visits and technology-enabled collaboration.

What You’ll Do
  • Clinical Assessment & Care: Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family.
  • Patient Population: Provide behavioral health services to pediatric patients, supporting a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Growth & Emotional Wellbeing: Promote emotional development and resilience through early identification, therapeutic intervention, and evidence-based care.
  • Family Engagement & Education: Engage and educate families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care in a virtual environment.
  • Virtual Patient Care: Provide compassionate, effective care through telehealth platforms while maintaining strong patient engagement and clinical quality.
What We Look For
  • Communication: Builds trust with pediatric patients and families and fosters open dialogue.
  • Advocate: Supports children and caregivers by meeting them where they are and connecting them with appropriate resources.
  • Collaborative: Partners with pediatricians and interdisciplinary care team members to deliver coordinated care.
  • Remote Environment: Thrives in a fully remote setting while maintaining strong communication and accountability.
  • Tech-Forward: Uses telehealth and digital tools effectively to support patient care and documentation.
  • Growth-Orientated: Engages in continuous learning and evidence-based practice improvement.
  • Family First: Centers care on family values through empathetic, collaborative, and evidence-based guidance.
What You’ll Need
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC or LCSW or LMFT in Colorado.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post‑licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services to pediatric patients ages 3‑18 in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team‑based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health.
  • Experience assessing and treating pediatric behavioral health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns.
  • Experience delivering care through telehealth or virtual platforms strongly preferred.
What We Offer
  • Hybrid work environment with flexibility to support work‑life balance.
  • Opportunity to help shape an innovative pediatric behavioral health program.
  • A collaborative, mission‑driven culture focused on improving access and outcomes for children and families.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact by expanding access to behavioral health services for pediatric patients and families.
