Job summary

Victorian Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a full-time basis. New graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities to treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.

We offer a competitive starting pay of $60–$65+ per hour, dependent on experience, and a collaborative environment with PTs, OTs, nurses, and other clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled speech-language therapy for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct swallowing assessments and implement dysphagia management interventions.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, dietary, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on communication strategies, swallowing precautions, and therapeutic exercises.
• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and discharge planning.
• Follow applicable clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies.
