Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based position in Peyton, CO. You will provide speech and language services to K-12 students, supporting Falcon, Peyton, and Colorado Springs schools. CFs are encouraged to apply and mentorship is available.

The role is full-time (1.0 FTE) with Monday–Friday scheduling and competitive pay up to $65/hour, including benefits and W-2 employment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• CFs encouraged to apply and mentorship provided.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
