Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Castle Rock, CO. The caseload focuses on preschoolers, with CF mentorship available for new graduates.

This position offers competitive pay up to $65/hour, 1.0 FTE, a Monday-Friday schedule, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with match, and reimbursements for licensure and CEUs. Join a collaborative team focused on early childhood development.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Colorado SLP license required or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech-language therapy services to a preschool caseload.
• Conduct speech and language assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop, write, and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Write IEPs and progress reports per district/state guidelines.
• Administer evaluations to determine eligibility for special education.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support communication skills across settings.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Perform additional school-based duties as assigned.

This is a great opportunity for both experienced school-based SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) looking for strong mentorship, a collaborative team, and meaningful work supporting early childhood development.

What You’ll Do

• Write IEPs and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Administer evaluations to determine eligibility for initial and continuing special education services
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support communication skill development across settings
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Perform additional school-based duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
