Job summary

LTC Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team at Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation in Whitinsville, MA. This full-time role offers $43-$46/hour to help residents with communication, cognition, and swallowing.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating and executing treatment plans, delivering therapy, and collaborating with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families. Direct Hire, No Agency.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

LTC Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team at Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care while helping improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and clinical findings
• Provide therapy services focused on communication skills, cognitive function, and dysphagia management
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to support resident care plans
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
