Crescent Manor Rehabilitation in Bennington, VT is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its resident-centered rehabilitation team. The role offers an hourly pay range of $40-$53 and a $4,000 sign-on bonus, with benefits eligibility starting per policy.

You will evaluate residents' communication, cognitive and swallowing abilities, develop individualized plans, deliver direct therapy, document progress, and collaborate with nursing and therapy colleagues to provide

• Current Vermont SLP license required.
• New York or Massachusetts licensure welcomed; licensure support available.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and clinical skills.

Qualifications

Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Vermont

SLPs licensed in New York or Massachusetts are welcome to apply. We are open to supporting additional state licensure.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills

Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
