Job summary

LTC Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Taunton, MA to join our rehabilitation team. The role focuses on individualized therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

We offer competitive pay of $43–$46/hour, full-time status, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO/holiday pay, CE support, and opportunities for professional growth within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Massachusetts SLP license in good standing.
  • Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.
  • Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as needed.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and the care team.

LTC Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Taunton, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
  • Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team
