Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed, in-home Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to serve adult and geriatric patients in Naples and surrounding areas. The role offers a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and full-time employment.

You will deliver in-home therapy, assess communication, cognition, and swallowing, and develop personalized treatment plans while maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Active SLP-CCC license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80 - $90 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
