Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide in-home therapy for adults and seniors in and around Fort Pierce. The role offers autonomy, a steady caseload, and strong clinical support within a home health setting.

The position includes a per-visit compensation model with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities. A reliable vehicle and CPR certification are required to ensure safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Active SLP-CCC license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to home visits.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing to set treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 - $90 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
