Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing facility to help patients regain function and independence. You will lead therapy goals with physicians and therapists, educating patients to sustain progress after discharge, and applying your expertise in a supportive, team-driven environment.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active license.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered license in the state of practice.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting. You will facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and hold an active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Shifts & Wages:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday

• Wage: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour
