Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. The role focuses on returning residents to optimal function and educating patients for discharge.

Full-time opportunity in Moneta, VA area. Shifts Monday - Friday, wage $43.00-$50.00 per hour. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing CEU opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active, unencumbered state license.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including EHR and service delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients in maintaining function after discharge through education, independent exercise, and activity modification.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting. You will facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications

• Employee must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and hold an active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday
• Wage: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour
