  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient communication and swallowing needs.
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions, as well as carry-over exercises and activities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and goal achievement.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Participate in patient care conferences and family meetings to discuss treatment progress and goals.
