HealthPro Heritage is looking for a dedicated Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lancaster, PA. This full-time, part-time, or PRN position offers a competitive pay of up to $75/hr and great benefits. Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.

• Provide Speech sessions based on the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in Lancaster, PA!

• Flexible Scheduling Options: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as little as 2 hours/week with our PRN options!
• Flexible Hourly Compensation: Up to $75/hour (Rates are negotiable!)
• Flexible Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home! We have options across Lancaster/Lebanon County, PA areas.
• Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop!

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
• Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
• Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
• Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
• Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
