Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. You will help residents regain function and independence while supporting education and discharge planning.

The role offers part-time shifts with negotiable wage and a comprehensive benefits package. No remote options; on-site position at our Huntersville, NC facilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active state license.
• Proficiency with service delivery and EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal function in SNF setting and facilitate therapy goals.
• Educate patients on maintaining function post-discharge and perform independent exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapy team to achieve patient outcomes.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting. You will facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and hold an active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.


• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.
