Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. The role focuses on returning patients to optimal function and guiding therapy goals with physicians and staff.

A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active license are required. Candidates should have basic computer skills and be comfortable using EHR and service-delivery software.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting. You will facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and hold an active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.
