Responsibilities
Conduct initial evaluations and re‑evaluations on assigned patients.
Design individualized treatment plans and materials to match the patient’s unique learning profile.
Provide therapy according to the treatment plan while monitoring progress and adjusting therapy.
Document, monitor, and analyze the patient’s progress and effects of treatment.
Communicate, educate, and provide family training on the patient’s individualized treatment plans.
Consult and collaborate with family and other staff or supports (i.e., physician, school district, other therapies).
Create and submit all reporting, including appropriate recommendations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Current licensure to practice Speech‑Language Therapy within the state of Ohio.
Valid Driver’s license.
Must be proficient in English; reading, comprehending, and understanding the language.
Completed FBI and BCI background check (can be completed upon hire).
