Clinic‑Based Opportunity for a Part‑Time Speech‑Language Pathologist needed after school hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and re‑evaluations on assigned patients.
• Design individualized treatment plans and materials to match the patient’s unique learning profile.
• Provide therapy according to the treatment plan while monitoring progress and adjusting therapy.
• Document, monitor, and analyze the patient’s progress and effects of treatment.
• Communicate, educate, and provide family training on the patient’s individualized treatment plans.
• Consult and collaborate with family and other staff or supports (i.e., physician, school district, other therapies).
• Create and submit all reporting, including appropriate recommendations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Current licensure to practice Speech‑Language Therapy within the state of Ohio.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must be proficient in English; reading, comprehending, and understanding the language.
• Completed FBI and BCI background check (can be completed upon hire).
• Professional Liability Insurance, recommended by governing body.
