Job summary

Accela Rehabilitation & Care Center at Springfield in Glenside, PA seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our PRN team of health professionals. You will diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders to improve residents' quality of life.

As a Speech Therapist (SLP) you are to:

• Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of residents.
• Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educating residents and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.

Qualifications:

• Master\'s Degree in speech-language pathology.
• Valid state license or certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
