Responsibilities

As a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll play a critical role in helping individuals reclaim their ability to communicate and swallow safely and effectively. You’ll bring expertise, compassion, and creativity to every session—making a real difference in the lives of your patients.

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive‑communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence‑based practices.
• Deliver direct therapy services and modify interventions based on patient response and progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skills and long‑term success.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
